The water in your fridge door and the water in your ice comes off the same supply line — and in most homes, nothing filters it. These inline systems fit that line and treat the water before it reaches either.
Both versions use the same GEN4-210 filter and remove chlorine, lead, PFAS and VOCs. The difference is purely how they connect. The Push Connect version uses John Guest fittings and installs tool-free — push the tubing in and it seals. The Compression Hose version uses a stainless braided hose, which is the sturdier choice if the line is exposed or gets knocked about.
